- Copy build information from About. Include the version and build identifier in bug reports with one click.
- Sweep a profile around a selected face’s outline. Select a face, start Sweep, and pick the profile. The face’s outer boundary becomes the path, so you no longer need to select its edges one by one.
- Draw an arc tangent to both edges at a corner more easily. When the arc’s endpoints lie on two edges that share a corner, the second endpoint snaps to the same distance from the corner as the first. Magenta feedback shows when the arc is tangent to both edges; cyan still means tangent to one.
- Find Script Console and Script Editor in the new Scripting menu. They were previously in the Window menu.
- Zoom Extents now fits the model in the visible area instead of behind docked panels. Dragging with the Zoom tool is also less sensitive, and new models start with a wider view.
- Sweep no longer leaves overlapping faces when it runs into existing geometry. If a sweep can’t be built cleanly, the model stays unchanged. A sweep that comes out flat through a face on the other side of a solid still cuts an opening.
